An eight-week programme for entrepreneurs who know what they need to do, but struggle to follow through.
Build mental fitness to recognise the patterns that get in the way of taking action, and practise responding differently when overthinking, self-doubt, or pressure shows up in your business.
You are not short of knowledge. You bring skills, ideas and a fair amount of self-awareness, and you may even be able to name the pattern that stops you.
Yet when pressure rises, the familiar response arrives first: reworking the idea again, waiting until you feel certain, or spinning in circles in the messy middle between an idea and consistent action.
This programme is about learning to stay on your own side.
How it works
The programme is built on Positive Intelligence, a mental fitness approach that draws on four fields: neuroscience, cognitive behavioural psychology, performance science and positive psychology.
Insight can help you understand a pattern. Daily practice helps you work on responding differently, which is why the programme is built around small, consistent practice.
Positive Intelligence reports that its research and assessments draw on more than one million participants in 50 countries.
Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to challenges with a clear, steady and focused mind, rather than being derailed by stress, self-doubt or overthinking. Like physical fitness, it builds through small, regular practice, so you can trust your next step enough to keep showing up.
The practice has three parts
1Notice your SaboteursNotice the habitual patterns behind stress, self-doubt, avoidance and overthinking as they show up.
2Build Self-Command through PQ RepsUse short exercises through the day to quieten the mental noise and come back to calm, clear focus.
3Practise your Sage Perspective and PowersMeet challenges from a steadier place, drawing on Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate and Activate, and learn when each one helps.
In the PQ app
Weekly learning: a video of about an hour, with short activities to apply it
Morning practice: 3 to 4 minutes a day
PQ Reps: 10-second attention exercises, such as noticing your breath, that you can do anytime
Trauma-sensitive content, your Saboteur Assessment results, and progress tracking on Apple, Android and desktop
In our facilitated sessions
With group or Premium support, you bring real business and life situations into our facilitated coaching sessions. I guide them with my wayfinding approach:
See what is actually happening
Discern the patterns and circumstances
Move with a practical next step

I am Zona Lord. I work with entrepreneurs as a thinking partner, and for more than 25 years I have worked in learning and development, organisational development and business psychology, helping people turn insight into sustainable practice.
Building my own business, I met the same gap this programme addresses: knowing what to do did not always mean doing it. Positive Intelligence became part of my own ongoing practice, and it is what I bring to you.

Curious where to start?
Saboteurs often show up in subtle but familiar ways:
second-guessing your decisions
reactions that feel out of proportion
constant pressure, even when things are going well
Saboteur Assessment
Takes about two minutes and shows which patterns tend to get in your way. It is a useful first look, whether or not you join the programme.
Both assessments are free, come from Positive Intelligence, and can be taken before deciding whether to join.
Questions
Who is this for?
Entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, often building online businesses, who already have the knowledge and a fair amount of self-awareness but find it hard to act on what they know when pressure rises. Newer coaches are very welcome, and you do not need to be a coach to join. It suits people who want steady momentum in their business while leaving room for the rest of their life.
How much time does it take?
In the app, about an hour a week for the learning video, 3 to 4 minutes of morning practice, and short 10-second exercises through the day. Group-supported participants add one 60-minute live session a week, and Premium participants have their individual sessions.
Do I need to know Positive Intelligence already?
No. The first session introduces mental fitness and the app, and the ideas build week by week.
Is this a business strategy programme?
No. It works on the patterns that affect how you follow through, so you can act on the strategy you already have.
What if I cannot attend a group session live?
The recordings are saved in the Skool community, and you keep access to them for life.
What happens after the eight weeks?
You can continue the practices on your own. Continued PQ app access can be arranged for an additional fee, which is not included in the programme price.
What happens in the 15-minute conversation?
It is a short, relaxed conversation so we can get to know each other. You can tell me a little about where you are in your business, ask anything about the programme, and we can look at which option, if any, suits you. There is no pressure and no obligation. It is simply a clarity call, and there is nothing to prepare. Book a time that suits you.
Do you offer solidarity rates or scholarships?
Yes. If the full price would be a real barrier for you, perhaps because you are early in your business, a single parent, part of a single-income household, or living somewhere where US dollar prices weigh more heavily, a limited number of solidarity places and scholarships are available. Email me for further details and to apply.
For Premium, longer payment plans are also available, and we can talk about them in your application conversation.
